  • How long can I rent the equipment for?

    You can rent most of our equipment for as many days as you like. However if you need our equipment longer than 30 days in a month, we will need to revise your security deposit.

  • Do you drop off the 360° photo booth & then come back for it?

    We come prior to your event and set-up. There will always be an attendant that stays there to operate our 360° photo booth.

  • What if my party lasts longer than the "xyz" hours I booked for?

    Every package comes with a +hours rate. If time permitting (no other parties booked) we can stay for extra hours. You must pay for any extra hours at that time, you may pay for extra hours by Paypal, Credit Card, or Cash. We do not offer 30 minute increments.

  • How much space do you guys need for set up?

    We will need enough space for our 360° booth arm to swivel and be free from any walls or other objects. If there is not ample space your videos will only be shot from one perspective and may be awkward for some of your “taller” guests.

  • I live "xyz" miles from Tulsa, Do you guys travel that far?

    We calculate Mileage from downtown Tulsa (1 S. Boston ave Tulsa 74103) depending on how far your event is from that address, is how you will be charged.

    30-45 miles $125

    46-60 miles $150

    61-80 miles $175

    81+ miles We do not travel

  • Why do I have to pay a security deposit, and why is it so expensive?

    We require a deposit to secure our equipment that we are renting out. Most of the equipment comes with our attendant, but things can happen at any event. We hold a small deposit & we will return it after your event IF there is no physical damage to our equipment.

  • How much money do I have to put down on my package?

    Every package will be different the more the package the more the percentage. We require either 20% or 60% down to hold your equipment on that day. You are responsible for making sure your remaining balance is paid to zero. Your package total will be THE SECURITY DEPOSIT & YOUR EQUIPMENT RENTAL.

  • If I put down my deposit, how long do I have to pay my package off?

    When you book with us we require that you pay a percentage to “hold your date”. Once we receive that, you have 14 calendar days before your event to pay the remaining balance. So whatever day your event is to take place-COUNT “BACK” 14 calendar days. That is when your package should be paid in full and have a $0 balance.

    EXAMPLE: You call & book on Jan. 1st---> you pay $__ to save your date--> You are required to have your package paid to a $0 balance by Jan. 14th. If your event is on the 15th.

  • What if I do not pay my package in full by the due date?

    To hold the date you requested, we require a percentage deposit. We will then block out that date in our calendar for your event. We always attempt to work with our clients to get their package paid off so there is no balance due. However, if the balance is not paid in full by the due date (14th calendar day), you forfeit ANY MONEY PAID and we will not show up for your event.

  • If I put a deposit down, and I “changed my mind”, can I get my deposit back?

    We understand that things happen, in the event that you have to cancel or change your mind, we will refund 50% of the deposit you paid.

  • If I cancel how long will it take for me to get my deposit back?

    We ask that you give us 3-5 business days to refund the 50% deposit. We will process the refund as soon as possible, but we cannot control how soon your bank releases the funds back to your account.

  • What forms of payment do you accept?

    We accept all credit cards, cash, and Paypal. We do not accept checks of any kind.

  • Do I have to sign a contract?

    Yes, we do require you sign an E-contract that we can email to you. We also require a copy of your driver's license or state issued I.D. The ID and the signature on the contract MUST MATCH. If you like we can offer a paper copy of the contract for you to sign.

  • Is my security deposit the same as my package deposit?

    Your total you will be quoted is your package + your security deposit. Example: Your package =$1000 + $500 security deposit = $1500 to be paid 14 calendar days before your date. After your event-with no damages to ANY equipment, you get your "security deposit" ($500) returned to you.

  • The money shooting guns are a hit, am I able to buy extra guns for my party?

    Sure, we offer extra prop guns for sale. Our guns come with prop money. Please check with us prior to your event for availability.

  • My event is 3 days from now, can I make payments on my package?

    If your event is sooner than 14 calendar days we require that the entire balance is paid UP FRONT. We cannot service your event if it is not paid in full.

  • I would like to rent the 360° photo booth, how do we receive our photos or videos?

    We use 1 camera to shoot videos/photos. Once your guests steps off the 360° platform, their Boomerang Video” will immediately upload to our share booth. We will have an Ipad set up where your guests will have 3 methods for receiving their video. They can Airdrop it for Apple products, add phone number to text it to themselves, or scan a custom QR code with their phone. Your guests will have immediate access to your party videos.
